ORACLE CARDS AND HEART BREATHING
In the midst of being the 'Heart Breathing Moving Meditation', a felt thought appeared in my field:
'Using the Spiritsong Tarot will make your practice more potent.'
My first attraction to the Spiritsong Tarot was towards its name, which evokes a feeling of the creative Song of Essence.
The Spiritsong Tarot structure is based on the traditional tarot, containing the 22 Majors, the 56 Minors, and four suits: Acorns for Wands/Fire; Feathers for Swords/Air; Shells for Cups/Water; and Crystals for Pentacles/Earth.
Connected to the portals of higher worlds, the 78 Spiritsong animals are mentors of divine guidance..... - Author's Description

I 'saw' that meditatively taking a Spiritsong or other oracle/tarot card in the morning as part of the Heart Breathing practice could bring greater mystical potency to the whole day.
This type of mystical inquiry is one of the '8 Components of Heart Breathing':
EXPANDING AWARENESS-PERSPECTIVE - (e.g., Inter-species Communication)

In the Spiritspong Tarot, an animal guide is matched to a traditional tarot card. The single focus of the animal's characteristics (qualities such as the determination and stamina of the badger) provides a bridge for two-way communication with more complex frequencies of 'higher consciousness.'
Number Animal Tarot Qualities
28. Badger Seven of Acorns Determination and Stamina
The oversoul or archetypal frequencies of the animal can be invited into the practitioner's field for deeper communication.
Something like this was demonstrated in a group event of Akashic readings at the ashram in the Black Forest earlier this year. The AKASHIC RECORDS website says this:
Each soul has its Akashic Records, like a series of books with each book representing one lifetime. The Hall (or Library) of the Akashic Records is where all souls' Akashic Records are stored energetically. In other words, the information is stored in the Akashic field (also called zero point field).
Kati and I had a super-joyful experience when we followed the steps given in the group event. The website linked above provides a free 'How To' and what appears to be balanced information.
I feel the Spiritsong animals can be focal points like the objects in the room of the group event, where I privately chose a statue of Y'shua for receiving and transmitting the field to Kati, who - not knowing my choice - quickly spoke of the Christ Consciousness.
In my Heart Breathing version, a practitioner would meditate on the animal, its characteristics, and the associated Rider-Waite-Smith tarot card (such as the Seven of Wands, corresponding to the Badger's Seven of Acorns.) The number of the card can also be given significance.
These images and attributes would be felt over the day, while being the 'Heart Breathing Moving Meditation' and in all activities and in-activities, to saturate the practitioner's field. A journal would be kept as part of the practitioner's practice.
For my first card, I pulled #28, the Badger, Seven of Acorns. My question beforehand was, 'What is the message for me today?'
Spirit-animals.com says this of badger:
'It's time to assert yourself and your ideas. Be clear concise and firm. Know that this is the right way to approach this!'
Other, more specific, questions for the tarot (the higher consciousness for which the cards are the focus) would be:
'What attributes would bring balance to my field (or support my living from the 'What I am', etc.)?'
Definitely on my first day of this addition to the practice, I feel that reading the cards in this way goes hand-in-hand with the 'Heart Breathing Moving Meditation.'
